Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there has been unexpected delays in shipping will our fulfillment team. The health and safety of our team and customers is amongst our top priority. We have redesigned the warehouse to meet all state PPE and social distance guidelines
Update: Shipping orders unfortunately may be delayed due COVID-19. Customers are welcomed to look up their order on our “Order Look” page or email our team with your order number at beautybyjenkins@gmail.com
Customer may request a full refund if shipping delays are unexpectedly late.
Business days do not include weekends or major holidays which include Christmas, Martin Luther King Jr Day, New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and President's Day.
Shipping Orders: All orders are subject to USPS shipping fee's.
On occasion Kylie Cosmetics offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Kylie Cosmetics ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges via USPS are as follows:
$8.95 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping over $40)
$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide (free shipping over $60)

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping team.
